Cancellation Policy

  1. Buyers are advised to note that once they have paid for an online exam package or any other services we offer on our website, they will be granted access to the online exam resources portal  immediately upon the payment confirmation from gateway partner. And  as such there will be  no refund permitted.
  2. Sometimes However you can opt for another package of the same price band by sending an email to admin@ccevijayawada.com or sending a message with your payment details to 99977-971-971 within 48 hours
  3. Please be advised that You are responsible for the purchase and all charges that result from those purchases. It is specifically advised that you  may access free exams package to have firsthand experience of quality of our services before making a buying decision
  4. If transaction at payment gate way fails but your account is debited  then you  getting access to our service depends on the communication we receive from our gate way service provider. Once we receive communication from our gate way provider, you will be granted access immediately on receipt of such communication.
  5. However, in a case the amount paid by you reversed back to your  account, you need to make a fresh  payment to access our services

Refund Policy

  1. However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but merchant order was not placed then please contact the customer  support team on 779971971 and provide your merchant transaction ID along with  Payment ID (available on your transaction email). All queries regarding service/order and refund for a successful transaction can  also be made at admin@ccevijayawada.com
  2. In such a scenario where you have made successful payment but your order was not placed and you are not  felicitated access to online exams  within 7 days of your completion of the transaction then you may report the issue of delay by sending us an email on admin@ccevijayawada.com or calling our support team at 7799971971. In such a scenario  if you still want refund instead of  getting our services restored you will be entitled to a full refund.
  3. We request you to include in the email the following details -Transaction date and Order Number. Institute  shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of our services within reasonable time then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.
